We assist families in reuniting through their immediate relative petitions and all other categories:

• First preference (F1) - unmarried sons and daughters (21 years of age and older) of U.S. citizens;

• Second preference (F2A) - spouses and children (unmarried and under 21 years of age) of lawful permanent residents;

• Second preference (F2B) - unmarried sons and daughters (21 years of age and older) of lawful permanent residents;

• Third preference (F3) - married sons and daughters of U.S. citizens; and

• Fourth preference (F4) - brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens (if the U.S. citizen is 21 years of age and older).

We work with them through the completion of their adjustment of status or consular process. We help in the removal of the condition for conditional permanent residents.

• Citizenship and Naturalization

We aid legal permanent residents in acquiring citizenship through the Naturalization process by filing their application, preparing, and accompanying them for the interview. 

We also handle waivers, humanitarian reinstatement, and fiancé(e) visa petitions. Our empathetic approach helps ensure that families are reunited and stay together.
